On this beautiful St Patrick’s Day, I thought it would only be appropriate to make a perfect green smoothie.
Drinking a green smoothie daily can have numerous health benefits including aiding in digestion, reduced inflammation and boosted immunity!
So swap out the green beer and make a switch to a daily green smoothie. I promise you that it tastes better than you think! It has made a huge difference on my digestive issues and has increased my energy levels. Having only coffee for breakfast is NOT a meal!

My go to green smoothie includes:

1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 handful fresh spinach
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup water
1/4 cup avocado
1/4 of a lemon or lime, juiced

Add ins include:
Hemp hearts,
Lions mane
Flax seeds
Collagen
