Breakfast of Champions! This beauty Avocado Toast hits all the spots of sweet and savory, plus it’s packed with healthy fats. Eating well and feeling good go hand in hand. So let’s start this new year off right! #2021goals
I’ve made it with multigrain toast, sliced avocado, blistered tomatoes with garlic, (just place these in a pan with a little olive oil, salt & pepper until soft) goat cheese, fresh mint & dill. Once that is complete, top with red pepper flakes, hot honey, salt and pepper. Definitely a hit in this household!
