I’m kinda new to sweet potatoes outside of the usual baked casserole at Thanksgiving. Do you peel them or just scrub the skin and leave on? This looks delicious and would to Iike to make with dinner tonight.

Hi Cheri! Thanks for reaching out. I always prefer to peel my sweet potatoes, I find the skin can be a little tough compared to regular potatoes. I hope you enjoyed this recipe! <3
